Dispatch from Northern Ireland and the UK

We fulfil orders from stock in Northern Ireland and the UK. Paid orders for products shown as in stock are normally dispatched the same day when placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday or before 12 noon on Saturday. Later orders leave on the next dispatch day; Sunday orders normally leave on Monday. All cut-off times are UK local time. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Delivery services and rates

UK standard delivery is £2.45 including UK VAT. For international delivery, the service rates below are shown before destination-specific VAT. Checkout confirms the available services and the final charge, including applicable VAT, before you pay.

Free-delivery minimums apply to the qualifying order value after coupon discounts. The delivery methods available for your address are shown at checkout. Selecting an upgraded service may carry its listed charge even when your order qualifies for free standard delivery.

Automatic UPS upgrades for Europe

For eligible European destinations outside the UK, we automatically upgrade a non-UPS service to UPS Standard when the qualifying product value is over £77.15 and up to £111.43, or to UPS Express when it is over £111.43. The qualifying value is the product total after discounts, including applicable VAT and excluding delivery.

The upgrade adds no shipping charge. If you have already chosen a UPS service, we keep your choice. UPS Standard normally takes 2–4 business days and UPS Express normally takes 1–2 business days; these are delivery estimates after dispatch.
