A disposable filter for small-volume sample preparation where a hydrophilic PTFE membrane is appropriate. The supplier identifies this membrane as hydrophilic, helping distinguish it from conventional hydrophobic PTFE filter options.
The filter uses a polypropylene housing with an ultrasonically welded construction. Check compatibility with the liquid, analytical method and operating pressure before use. Supplied non-sterile.
